Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to get a straight answer and book work here, regardless of how they browse. This site aims for WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

What's built in

• Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
• A skip-to-content link, semantic HTML landmarks, and labeled form fields with clear inline errors.
• Interactive elements (before/after sliders, accordions, the photo viewer) work with keyboard and screen readers, not just a mouse.
• Motion is minimal, and anything animated respects your system's reduced-motion preference.
• Text meets WCAG AA contrast — at least 4.5:1 against its background for body copy, 3:1 for large headings and the outlines of buttons and form fields. Every page is checked automatically at each screen size rather than judged by eye.
• Buttons, links and form controls are at least 24×24 pixels, so they're reachable without precise aim.
• Pages never scroll sideways, from a 320-pixel phone up to a wide desktop.

Known limitations

Colour contrast, target size and layout overflow are checked automatically on every page. The rest — keyboard order, screen-reader wording, focus handling — we test by hand as we build, but we don't claim a formal third-party audit. If something on this site blocks you, the fastest fix starts with you telling us.
